Data collected
The sample form collects a work email and optional marketing consent. Optional profiling may collect role and licence interest. The contact form collects name, email, topic and message. Netlify may process technical request information required to provide the forms and hosting.
Purpose
Form data is used to provide requested resources, review contact questions, manage optional launch communications and improve the prelaunch product. Do not submit supplier-confidential, payment, health or legally privileged information.
Optional marketing consent
Marketing consent is separate and not pre-selected. A sample request may be recorded without agreeing to future marketing. An email provider, unsubscribe system and suppression list are not yet configured, so bulk launch email must not begin until they are operational.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics remain disabled unless a provider ID is configured and the visitor accepts. Rejecting analytics does not block essential forms or downloads. No personal form data is intentionally sent to analytics.
Retention and rights
A final retention schedule and jurisdiction-specific rights process require legal review. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact form. The website owner must be able to locate, export and delete form submissions before broader promotion.

Netlify provides hosting and form processing. Additional providers will be listed only after they are selected and configured.
