Core restrictions
Source files are licensed, not sold outright.
- No resale or sublicensing of original source files
- No public file-sharing or template-marketplace redistribution
- No removal of product attribution where attribution is required
- No use beyond the purchased user and commercial scope
Consultant-use principle
The planned Consultant licence permits use in paid client engagements and delivery of finished client outputs. It does not permit resale of the original VENDECISION source files or creation of a competing template product.

Update entitlement and support scope are not final and must be stated before checkout.
