1. Current status
Checkout is not currently open. No purchase can be completed through this prelaunch version of the website.
2. Planned delivery
When sales open, the Vendor Decision Kit is intended to be delivered by digital download after successful checkout. The final checkout page will state the files, price, tax treatment, licence and delivery process before payment.
3. Digital-content consent
Where the law requires consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of any effect on cancellation rights, the checkout process must capture that consent clearly before fulfilment.
4. Refunds
Final refund and cancellation terms have not yet been approved for live sale. They must comply with mandatory consumer law and will be displayed before checkout opens. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Defective or inaccessible files
If a delivered file is corrupted, inaccessible or materially different from the purchased description, the customer should contact support promptly with the order reference and a description of the problem. Replacement or another appropriate remedy will be considered according to applicable law and the final policy.
6. Compatibility
Microsoft Excel 365 or a current desktop version of Excel is recommended. Other spreadsheet applications may display formulas, validations or formatting differently. Compatibility information will be visible before purchase.
