VENDECISION is a founder-led project operated by A. Gaceva from North Macedonia. Use the contact form for privacy enquiries.
2. Data collected
The website may collect data that you submit through the launch-list or contact forms, including name, email, optional role or licence interest and the content of your message. Do not submit confidential supplier information, bids, contracts, identification documents or sensitive personal data.
3. Netlify Forms
Forms are processed through Netlify Forms when the site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may process technical and form data under its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Analytics and cookies
Optional analytics are disabled unless configured and consented to. If enabled, the site may use GA4, Microsoft Clarity or another documented analytics service to measure non-sensitive events such as CTA clicks, video playback and page depth. Personal form data is not intentionally sent to analytics.
5. Purpose and retention
Submitted data is used to provide requested resources, manage launch notifications, answer enquiries and improve the product experience. Data should be retained only for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.
6. Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from launch communications through the contact form. Rights depend on the law applicable to you and to the seller.
7. Security and international processing
Reasonable technical measures are used, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Hosting and form providers may process data outside your country.
